Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, updates net asset values

Henderson Far East Income Limited announced an agreement on December 19, 2025, to allot 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 237.0p per share. These shares, issued for cash under its block listing facility, are due on December 23, 2025, bringing the total issued share capital and voting rights to 191,774,679.

As of December 18, 2025, the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula including current financial year revenue items, stood at 226.7p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share was 220.5p.
