Rua Bioscience expands share capital after rights offer and placement

Rua Bioscience Limited has completed a significant capital change, issuing 92,627,157 new ordinary shares at NZ$0.025 per security. This allotment, paid in full and conducted through cash consideration, represents 35.8% of the company's total class of financial products. The new shares rank equally with all other fully paid ordinary shares.

The capital increase was executed under board resolutions and NZX Listing Rules. This move stems from a pro-rata 1-for-3 renounceable rights offer, initially announced on November 3, 2025, alongside a placement of shares to accommodate oversubscription.
