O'Reilly Boosts ANZ Stake Via DRP: Update on Share Issuance

Christine Elizabeth O'Reilly acquired 154 ANZ Ordinary Shares on December 19, 2025, through the ANZ Dividend Reinvestment Plan. These shares were allotted at A$34.37 per share, increasing her direct holdings.
