Kingfish pauses weekly NAV announcements over holidays

Kingfish Limited has informed shareholders and the market that the calculation and announcement of its weekly undiluted net asset value (NAV) per share will be suspended for two dates due to statutory holidays. The announcements that would normally occur on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Thursday, January 1, 2026, will not take place.

The next NAV per share announcement will be the month-end NAV for December 31, 2025. This information will be released to the NZX and published on the Kingfish website (kingfish.co.nz) on January 5, 2026.
