Sanford shareholders re-elect director, approve auditor fees

Sanford Limited announced the results of its 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, held in Auckland and virtually on December 17, 2025. Two board-supported resolutions were put to a poll vote.

David Mair was re-elected as a director with 70,066,904 votes (98.51%) in favor, against 1,058,292 votes (1.49%) and 10,132 abstentions.

Shareholders also authorized the directors to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the ensuing year. This resolution passed with an overwhelming majority of 71,039,995 votes (99.92%) in favor, 58,880 votes (0.08%) against, and 36,453 abstentions.
