Trade Window Holdings increases share capital with new placement

Trade Window Holdings Limited has announced the issuance of 22,859,091 new ordinary shares at an issue price of NZ$0.25 per security. This cash-based placement, fully paid, represents a 16.37% increase to the existing 139,618,909 ordinary shares on issue prior to the placement.

As a result of this capital change, Trade Window Holdings now has a total of 162,478,000 ordinary shares on issue. The new shares will rank equally with all other fully paid ordinary shares.

The issuance was authorised by a resolution of the board on November 21, 2025, and subsequently approved by shareholders on December 10, 2025, in compliance with NZX Listing Rule 4.2.1. The announcement was released through MAP on December 16, 2025.
