BlackRock boosts stake in Auckland International Airport

BlackRock Inc. and its related bodies corporate have disclosed a movement of 1% or more in their substantial holding in Auckland International Airport LTD. The relevant event occurred on December 15, 2025, and was disclosed on December 17, 2025.

The total number of ordinary shares and ADRs held by BlackRock is 173,887,339, representing 10.258% of the total in class (1,695,129,603). This marks an increase from the last disclosure, which reported a total holding of 154,638,399, or 9.195% of the total in class (1,681,824,789).
