King Salmon sets date for annual meeting, director nominations due

New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited will host its annual shareholders' meeting on February 18, 2026. The hybrid event will take place both online and in person at the Rutherford Hotel in Nelson. Shareholders will receive the notice of meeting in January 2026, which will provide further details, including the exact time.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the deadline for director nominations is set for Thursday, January 8, 2026. All nominations must be submitted by 5:00 pm on this closing date. Only shareholders eligible to attend and vote at the annual shareholders' meeting are permitted to make nominations.
