Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, updates NAV

Henderson Far East Income Limited announced on December 15, 2025, an agreement to allot 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 238.5p per share. These shares, issued under its block listing facility, are set to be fully paid and issued for cash on December 17, 2025. This transaction will increase the issued share capital and total voting rights to 190,264,679.

The company also released its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on December 12, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was 230.2p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share stood at 224.0p.
