Carlie Eve re-elected to Fonterra Shareholders' Fund board

At its annual meeting on December 15, 2025, the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund announced the successful passage of its sole resolution. Carlie Eve was re-elected as a director of the manager of the fund, having retired by rotation and offered herself for re-election.

The resolution saw strong support from unitholders, with 18,563,594 votes (99.48%) cast for Carlie Eve's re-election. There were 96,631 votes (0.52%) against the resolution, and 15,018 abstentions.
