FirstCape Group reduces stake in Channel Infrastructure NZ

FirstCape Group Limited has announced it has ceased to be a substantial product holder in Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited, effective December 11, 2025. The disclosure, made on December 12, 2025, indicates a reduction in FirstCape Group's ownership from 5.735% to 4.999%.

Prior to ceasing its substantial holding, FirstCape Group held 21,722,041 ordinary shares out of 378,756,041 total shares. Following the transactions, the group's holding is now 20,606,458 shares out of 412,198,231 total shares.

The transactions, which occurred between May 1, 2024, and December 11, 2025, involved a mix of on-market purchases and sales, as well as transfers out of DIMS. Total on-market purchases included 25,413,131 shares for a gross consideration of $46,801,659.04, while on-market sales amounted to 24,747,235 shares for a gross consideration of $51,040,544.84. Additionally, there were net transfers out of DIMS totaling 130,235 shares.
