Bankers Investment Trust buys back shares, updates net asset value

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC announced a market purchase of 300,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each on December 11, 2025, to be held in treasury. The shares were bought at a price of 132.6p per share.

The estimated fair value of the company's GBP denominated unsecured loan notes is based on a discount rate using the yield of a UK Gilt plus a credit spread, while Euro denominated notes use a Euro Swap yield plus a credit spread.
