ACC reduces Stride Property stake, offloads millions of shares

The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has reduced its substantial holding in Stride Property Group, as detailed in an announcement made on December 11, 2025. Between October 28, 2025, and December 10, 2025, ACC executed on-market sales of 5,930,174 Stapled Securities, totaling NZD $8,489,456.90.

Prior to these sales, ACC held 71,386,642 shares, representing 12.760% of the total 559,462,036 Stapled Securities in class. Following the transactions, ACC's holding decreased to 65,456,468 shares, bringing its beneficial ownership down to 11.700%. This represents a 1.060 percentage point reduction in its stake.

ACC continues to be the beneficial owner of these securities via New Zealand Central Securities Depository Limited (NZCSD). The disclosure was made in accordance with Sections 277 and 278 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, with the relevant event date being December 10, 2025.
