Serko issues restricted share units to key personnel

Serko Limited disclosed the issuance of 315,557 unquoted restricted share units (ASX security code: SKOAB) on December 5, 2025, as part of an employee incentive scheme. These securities are subject to a transfer restriction and will not be quoted on the ASX until the restriction period ends. The announcement, made on December 8, 2025, confirms that these new securities will rank equally with existing issued securities in their class from their issue date.
