Australian Foundation Investment Company updates estimated NTA

Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited (AFIC) has released its estimated net tangible asset (NTA) backing per share as at December 5, 2025. The estimated pre-tax NTA per share stood at $7.91.

Comparatively, the AFI share price at the close of trading on the ASX on December 5, 2025, was $7.11.

AFIC notes that the pre-tax NTA is unaudited and indicative, based on investments at market value before any provision for deferred tax on unrealised gains or losses. The release was authorised by Matthew Rowe, company secretary.
