Vital Healthcare issues new units to fund internalisation, boost balance sheet

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) has issued 23,530,644 ordinary units through a Unit Purchase Plan. The units were issued at NZD 1.9124 per security, raising cash for the trust. This issuance represents 3% of the total class of financial products.

The primary purpose of the capital raise is to fund the management termination payment necessary for the internalisation of Vital, as well as to provide additional balance sheet flexibility for near-term developments. Following this issuance, the total number of ordinary units in Vital Healthcare Property Trust stands at 801,766,315.

The issuance was authorised by board resolutions dated November 9, 2025, and first announced on November 10, 2025, with the results communicated on December 4, 2025. The new units rank equally with all other fully paid units in Vital. The release of this information was announced by Michael Groth on December 5, 2025.
