Henderson Far East Income allots shares, updates net asset value

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on December 4, 2025, to allot 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 237.5p per share, fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares will be issued for cash on December 8, 2025, bringing the total issued share capital and voting rights to 189,579,679.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on December 3, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was 228.5p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share was 222.5p.
