Private Land and Property Fund announces unit redemption

The Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) confirmed a net redemption of 867,715 ordinary units at an issue/redemption price of NZD 1.2969 per security. This transaction represents a 0.532% decrease in the total units on issue from the previous day's end. All units were fully paid in cash.

Following this adjustment, the total number of financial products of the class after the issue, excluding treasury stock, now stands at 162,362,842 units. The units rank pari passu with existing units, ensuring equal rights for all unit holders.
