Enprise shareholders approve director election, raise remuneration pool

Enprise Group's 2025 annual shareholders meeting, held on December 3, 2025, saw the approval of all proposed resolutions. Susan Stone was elected as a director with substantial support, receiving 6,928,072 votes for and 341 against.

Shareholders also approved an increase in the maximum aggregate remuneration for directors. The pool will rise by $50,000 from NZD 150,000 to a maximum of NZD 200,000 per annum (plus GST, if any). This resolution passed with 387,621 votes for and 174,131 against. Additionally, the directors were authorized to fix the auditor's remuneration, with 6,955,548 votes for and 216 against.

Elliot Cooper resigned by rotation and did not seek re-election but will continue in his role as the Enprise Group finance director.
