Booster Innovation Fund expands unit base with new issuance

The Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) has announced the issuance of 297,728 ordinary units, effective December 1, 2025, with confirmation on December 3, 2025. This issuance, made under clause 5.1 of the trust deed, represents a 1.861% increase in the total class of financial products issued, based on units outstanding at the end of the previous day. Each unit was issued at a price of $1.4553, paid in cash and fully paid up.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary units in the Booster Innovation Fund stands at 16,297,138. The newly issued units will rank pari passu with existing units, ensuring equal rights and privileges for all unit holders.
