Aware Super becomes substantial holder in Ventia Services Group

Aware Super Pty Ltd and Aware Financial Services Australia Limited have collectively become a substantial holder in Ventia Services Group Limited, with their combined voting power reaching 5.12%. This significant stake, comprising 42,510,059 ordinary shares, was confirmed on November 28, 2025.

The acquisition involved numerous transactions between July and November 2025. Aware Super Pty Ltd acquired a total of 42,195,869 shares through various purchases, with individual transactions ranging from 230 to 3,943,369 shares. The total cash consideration for these acquisitions by Aware Super Pty Ltd amounted to A$41,200,945.74.

Additionally, Aware Financial Services Australia Limited acquired 314,190 shares over the same period, with individual purchases ranging from 1,717 to 43,926 shares. The total cash consideration paid by Aware Financial Services Australia Limited for these shares was A$1,607,750.94. All acquisitions were made for cash consideration.
