Briscoe Group announces chief people officer resignation

Briscoe Group Limited, listed on NZX and ASX, today announced the resignation of Aston Moss, the group's chief people officer. His resignation will be effective from December 5, 2025.

Group managing director, Rod Duke, acknowledged Moss's significant contributions over his ten years with the group, stating that Moss played a key role in the company's development. Moss plans to pursue further postgraduate studies and dedicate time to his family.

The announcement was signed by Geoff Scowcroft, chief financial officer. Briscoe Group Limited is incorporated in New Zealand and registered in Australia as Briscoe Group Australasia Limited.
