Investore director increases stake in property company

Ross James Patrick Buckley, a director at Investore Property Limited (IPL), has increased his relevant interest in the company's ordinary shares. Through two market transactions on November 25, 2025, and November 26, 2025, Mr. Buckley acquired an additional 22,500 ordinary shares. These acquisitions bring his total holdings to 80,000 ordinary shares, up from 57,500 shares previously held as legal and beneficial owner.
