Booster announces director, custodian changes for private land and property fund

Private Land and Property Fund (PLP) has announced key leadership and operational changes effective December 1, 2025. Allan Yeo stepped down from Booster Investment Management Limited's (BIML) board of directors. Yeo will continue as a senior manager of BIML. Diana Papadopoulos, previously chief executive officer and alternate director, has been appointed as a regular director of BIML, replacing Yeo.

In addition to leadership changes, the custodian for most investors in the Private Land and Property Fund will be Asset Custodian Nominees Limited (ACNL) from April 1, 2025. While ACNL is the primary custodian, a related party of the manager, some investors may have a different custodian. These changes are detailed in the additional other material information document.

Booster Investment Management Limited (Booster), manager of the fund, oversees over $7 billion in investment funds for more than 200,000 New Zealanders. PLP invests in land and property-based assets through Booster’s private land and property portfolio.
