Vital Healthcare finalizes unit purchase plan, sets issue price

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) has announced the final issue price for its Unit Purchase Plan (UPP), which aimed to raise $30 million and closed on November 28, 2025. The new units will be issued at NZD $1.9124 per unit. This price is the lower of the Placement price of NZD $1.95 and a 2.5% discount to the five-day volume-weighted average price of Vital's units traded on the NZX, which was NZD $1.9614.

Settlement, allotment, and trading of the new UPP units are expected to commence on December 5, 2025. These new units will rank equally with existing units but were not eligible for the FY26 first-quarter distribution announced on November 6, 2025. A further announcement detailing the final outcome of the UPP is expected on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
