Henderson Far East Income allots new shares, updates NAV post-dividend

Henderson Far East Income Limited allotted 100,000 ordinary shares at 238.5p per share under its block listing facility. These shares, issued for cash on December 2, 2025, will increase the total voting rights to 188,914,679.

The company also reported its unaudited net asset value (NAV) per share as of November 27, 2025. The NAV per share, including current financial year revenue items and calculated according to the AIC formula, was 229.3p. As the shares are now ex-dividend, the dividend has been deducted from this value.

Excluding current financial year revenue items, the unaudited net asset value per share on the same date was 223.9p.
