Fonterra fund reports stable security holdings in November

The Fonterra Shareholders' Fund reported no net changes in its FSF Units for the month of November 2025. According to the monthly allotment and redemption notice issued on December 1, 2025, both allotments and redemptions of securities were recorded as zero, resulting in a net redemption of zero.

Each unit's allotment or redemption was in consideration of the transfer of one share in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited to or by Fonterra Farmer Custodian Limited. The units allotted rank pari-passu with the existing units on issue.

The total number of securities in existence at the close of November 28, 2025, after the redemption (exclusive of Treasury Stock), remained at 107,410,984. This figure is consistent with the previous month's count, as the number of securities in existence at the close of October 31, 2025, was also 107,410,984.
