Radius rewards employees with new share issue

Radius Residential Care Limited issued 83,832 new ordinary shares on November 27, 2025, as part of its Long-Term Loyalty Scheme. These shares, with an issue price of NZD 0.4083 per security, are granted for nil consideration to acknowledge employee long-term service and loyalty. This issuance represents 0.03% of the total class of financial products, excluding treasury stock, bringing the total number of outstanding ordinary shares to 283,467,009.

The new shares rank equally with existing ordinary shares and are eligible for the dividend announced by Radius on November 19, 2025.
