Pinnacle Investment Management ceases substantial holding in Fisher & Paykel Healthcare

Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited, along with its subsidiaries, announced that it ceased to be a substantial product holder in Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corp. Ltd. as of November 21, 2025. This follows their previous disclosure on July 7, 2025, with the current disclosure made on November 26, 2025.

The total number of ordinary shares held by Pinnacle Investment Management Group in Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corp. Ltd. decreased from 29,745,515 shares, representing 5.0737% of the total in class on July 7, 2025, to 29,184,697 shares, representing 4.9696% of the total in class as of November 21, 2025. The total number of shares in the class also saw a slight increase from 586,271,171 to 587,262,856 during this period.

The change in holding resulted from various acquisition and disposal transactions of ordinary fully paid shares between July 3, 2025, and November 21, 2025. Notable disposals included NZD 27,591,258.64 on November 3, 2025, NZD 35,803,624.72 on November 20, 2025, and a final disposal of NZD 11,239,882.88 on November 21, 2025.
