Carbon Fund acquired 51,178 CO2 units on November 19, 2025, for a total acquisition price of NZD 66,920.35, equating to NZD 1.3076 per unit. This acquisition, representing 0.217% of total units on issue, was executed as treasury stock, bringing the total fully paid ordinary units in existence to 23,589,107.00.

The Fund’s objective is to provide investors with exposure to carbon credit prices, leveraging its ability to acquire carbon credits in New Zealand and international emissions trading schemes.
