Precinct announces FY26 first quarter dividends

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (PPNZ) has announced a cash dividend of NZD 0.01497500 per share for the FY26 first quarter. This dividend will not include imputation credits, and no supplementary dividend will be paid.

Precinct Properties Investments Limited (PPIL) shareholders will receive a dividend of NZD 0.00236549 per share for the same period. This comprises a cash component of NZD 0.00190000 per share, along with NZD 0.00032019 per share in imputation credits and a supplementary dividend of NZD 0.00014530 per share.

The record date for both PPNZ and PPIL dividends is November 28, 2025, with payments scheduled for December 12, 2025.

A supplementary dividend is paid to non-resident shareholders to offset non-resident withholding tax required by New Zealand companies, ensuring equitable treatment compared to resident shareholders.
