Me Today director significantly increases stake

Antony Vriens, an independent director at Me Today Limited, reported a significant increase in his relevant interest in the company’s ordinary shares. On November 6, 2025, Mr. Vriens acquired a total of 1,003,125 shares. This included 703,125 shares issued for NZD 0.06 each to independent directors for part cash balance payable for director fees, and an additional 300,000 shares acquired under a rights issue at NZD 0.06 each. The total consideration for these acquisitions amounted to NZD 60,187.50.

Prior to these transactions, Mr. Vriens held 550,345 ordinary shares. Following the acquisitions, his total holdings increased to 1,553,470 ordinary shares.
