Air New Zealand senior managers' 2022 share rights lapse

Air New Zealand today announced it has received NZX Ongoing Disclosure Notices regarding the lapse of 2022 share rights for a group of its senior managers. The individuals named in these disclosures include Nikki Dinnes, Greg Foran, Nathan McGraw, Alex Marren, Jeremy O'Brien, Nikhil Ravishankar, Richard Thomson, and Michael Williams.

This market announcement, dated 13 November 2025, confirms the lapse of these share rights is now officially documented. The disclosure was authorized for release on both the NZX and ASX by Jennifer Page, general counsel & company secretary for Air New Zealand.
