Air New Zealand completes share buyback program

Air New Zealand Limited completed the acquisition of 89,326 ordinary shares, representing 0.0028% of its total class of financial products. This buyback comprised 43,763 shares acquired on NZX and ASX, and an additional 45,563 shares acquired off-market from the Crown, as part of a Board-approved program announced on February 20, 2025. All acquired shares will be cancelled.

The on-market acquisitions on NZX and ASX settled and cancelled on November 12, 2025, with an average price of AUD $0.5258 for ASX-acquired shares. The off-market acquisition from the Crown, settled and cancelled on November 13, 2025, was executed at NZD $0.6084 per share.

After these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares excluding treasury stock stands at 3,239,997,145, with 93 shares remaining as treasury stock. The acquisitions were made in cash and are paid in full.
