Booster Innovation Fund expands unit base through new issuance

The Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) announced an issuance of 35,871 ordinary units, effective November 5, 2025. These new units were issued at a price of $1.457 per security, paid in cash, and are fully paid. This issuance represents 0.225% of the total units on issue at the end of the previous day, contributing to a new total of 15,999,410 ordinary units for the fund.

The issuance was conducted under BIF's status as a continuous issuer of units, as per clause 5.1 of its trust deed. All newly issued units rank pari passu with existing units, ensuring equal rights and privileges for all unit holders.

This capital change, initiated by applications effective November 3, 2025, aligns with the fund's operational framework. Gary Scott, authorized to make the announcement, confirmed these details.
