F&C Investment Trust announces share buyback, NAV update

F&C Investment Trust PLC repurchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 1234.6373p, with prices ranging from 1231.00p to 1238.00p. These shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) now stands at 476,354,783, which also represents the total voting rights in the company.

The company also updated its Net Asset Value (NAV) as of October 31, 2025. Net assets per ordinary share (prior charges at market value) were 1,355.24 pence ex-income and 1,360.12 pence cum-income. When considering prior charges at nominal value, the NAV was 1,312.52 pence ex-income and 1,317.41 pence cum-income.
