EBOS opens new Sydney distribution center, announces leadership changes

EBOS Group Limited has officially opened its new Symbion pharmacy wholesale distribution center at Kemps Creek, Sydney. The 56,000 square meter facility is now fully operational and marks the sixth new distribution center in EBOS's NZ$360 million renewal program. The site features advanced automation, a 1.75MW rooftop solar array, 3 x 706kW bio-diesel generators, and a 669kW battery, servicing approximately 1,500 New South Wales customers.

The company also announced key governance changes, including the appointment of Adam Hall as chief executive on July 1, 2025, and Coline McConville as a non-executive director effective February 1, 2025. Shareholder meetings on October 29, 2025, confirmed the election of Coline McConville, the re-election of Stuart McLauchlan and Mark Bloom, and approved Deloitte's auditor remuneration.

Additionally, EBOS updated its performance rights, noting that 2,192 performance rights have lapsed, bringing the total on issue to 1,489,660 as of October 30, 2025. The board declared a final dividend of NZ 61.5 cents per share, maintaining the full-year dividend at NZ 118.5 cents per share.
