ACC adjusts Stride Property Group holdings

The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has disclosed a movement of over 1% in its substantial holding in Stride Property Group, according to a notice filed on October 28, 2025. This disclosure covers the period from May 1, 2025, to October 24, 2025.

During this period, ACC's total percentage held in Stride Property Group decreased from 13.798% to 12.760%. This change reflects a series of on-market transactions, including the sale of 9,227,315 shares for NZD $12,409,526.42 and the purchase of 3,420,994 shares for NZD $4,052,227.70.

Following these transactions, ACC's total number of shares held in Stride Property Group now stands at 71,386,642 out of a total of 559,462,036 shares in the class. ACC is identified as the beneficial owner of these securities.
