F&C Investment Trust announces share buyback and updated NAV

F&C Investment Trust PLC has purchased 58,285 of its ordinary shares, with prices ranging from 1236.00p to 1240.00p and a weighted average of 1238.5519p, for holding in treasury. Following this, the company now holds 85,274,233 ordinary shares in treasury, leaving 476,544,783 ordinary shares in issue, which also represents the total number of voting rights.

The company also released its Net Asset Values as of 29 October 2025. The net assets per ordinary share (prior charges at market value) were 1,357.83 pence ex income and 1,362.52 pence cum income. With prior charges at nominal value, the net assets per ordinary share were 1,314.87 pence ex income and 1,319.57 pence cum income.
