Mercury CEO boosts stake in company

Stewart Allan Hamilton, chief executive of Mercury NZ Limited, reported an acquisition of 3,830.52 ordinary shares on 22 October 2025 for NZ$24,975. This transaction increased his beneficial ownership of shares from 3,561.43 to 7,391.95. The shares are held by registered holder and custodian, Sharsies Nominee Limited.

The acquisition was executed through a single transaction and did not occur during a closed period, negating the need for prior written clearance. Following this transaction, Hamilton's total interest in ordinary shares now stands at 4,419, with Stewart Allan Hamilton listed as the current registered holder.
