Third Age Health delays half year FY26 results announcement

Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) announced a postponement in the release of its Half Year FY26 Results. The results, initially scheduled for October 31, 2025, will now be released after the close of trading on November 7, 2025.

This adjustment in timing is attributed to the additional work required to consolidate two acquisitions, which were completed in early September. The consolidation process includes necessary purchase price allocations that necessitated the extended timeframe.

Despite this change, all other dates within the previously announced financial reporting calendar for the calendar year 2025 will remain unchanged.
