Air New Zealand reduces shares through buy-back programs

Air New Zealand has acquired 1,135,443 ordinary shares through recent buy-back programs, representing 0.0349% of the total class of financial products. This comprises 556,279 shares acquired on NZX and ASX, and an additional 579,164 shares acquired off-market from the Crown.

The on-market acquisitions were priced at an average of NZD $0.5934 on NZX and AUD $0.5258 on ASX, while the off-market acquisition from the Crown was completed at NZD $0.5939 per share, all paid in full. The acquisitions were authorized by a Board resolution dated February 20, 2025.

Following these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares stands at 3,250,152,705. All acquired shares will be cancelled.

Settlement and cancellation for shares acquired on NZX and ASX are scheduled for October 30, 2025, while shares acquired off-market from the Crown will be settled and cancelled on October 31, 2025. These actions align with the company's previously announced buy-back program.
