Carbon Fund adds 7,219 CO2 units to treasury stock

On October 23, 2025, Carbon Fund acquired 7,219 CO2 units for NZD 9,962.22 at an acquisition price of 1.38 per unit. These units, representing 0.0291% of total units on issue, were purchased with cash as treasury stock. Following this acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding treasury stock, stands at 24,786,538.

The Carbon Fund, managed by Salt Investment Funds Limited, aims to provide total return exposure to carbon credits. As of October 23, 2025, the Net Tangible Assets (NTA) for the Carbon Fund were 1.639. Salt Funds Management oversees approximately NZD 2 billion in funds and specializes in managing various equity and property portfolios.
