Winton shareholders back all resolutions at annual meeting

Winton Land Limited's annual shareholder meeting, held virtually on October 22, 2025, saw all six resolutions supported by the board pass. Shareholders voted by poll to elect Josh Phillips as a director, with 246,893,256 "For" votes (100.00%) against 1,601 "Against" votes (0.00%).

Additionally, Chris Meehan was re-elected with 246,875,899 "For" votes (99.99%), Michaela Meehan with 246,837,448 "For" votes (99.99%), Julian Cook with 246,883,507 "For" votes (100.00%), and Glen Tupuhi with 246,891,332 "For" votes (100.00%).

The board was also authorised to fix the fees and expenses of Ernst & Young as the company's auditor for the upcoming year, passing with 246,879,959 "For" votes (99.99%).
