Templeton Emerging Markets Trust buys back shares, updates NAV

On October 22, 2025, Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC purchased 50,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 227.50 pence per share. Following this transaction, the company's share capital consists of 969,404,508 shares in issue, with an additional 60,000,000 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights amount to 969,404,508.

Franklin Templeton Investment Trust Management Limited also reported the unaudited cum-income net asset value (NAV) for TEMIT as of October 21, 2025, to be £2429.152m, or 250.56 pence per share. The unaudited ex-income NAV for TEMIT on the same date was £2395.040m, or 247.05 pence per share.

These NAV calculations align with Association of Investment Companies recommendations, with the cum-income NAV including accumulated or accrued income. The ex-income NAV excludes these income elements, both based on bid price information for underlying assets.
