Former Kiwi Property Group director sells all shares

Mary-Jane Daly, a former director of Kiwi Property Group Limited, has fully divested her ordinary shares in the company through an on-market sale. The transaction, dated October 20, 2025, involved the disposal of 9,688 ordinary shares, eliminating her entire beneficial and legal interest in the company. Prior to this sale, Daly held 9,688 shares, and post-transaction, her holding stands at zero.

The sale generated NZD 10,269.28 in consideration for the former director. The disclosure notice confirms that the transaction occurred outside of a closed period, and therefore, no prior written clearance was required or provided.

The disclosure was made on October 22, 2025, by Chris Green, senior legal counsel, on behalf of Mary-Jane Daly, as required under Sections 297(2) and 298(2) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
