Napier Port announces 2025 annual meeting details, director nominations

Napier Port Holdings Limited has announced that its 2025 annual shareholders meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held at the Napier War Memorial Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Napier.

The annual meeting will feature a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to attend physically or participate virtually through an online portal. Further details regarding virtual registration will be provided in a future notice of meeting.

Shareholders wishing to nominate directors for election at the annual meeting must submit their nominations by Friday, November 7, 2025. Nominations must be addressed to Kristen Lie, Napier Port chief financial officer, and received by 5:00 PM at Napier Port's registered office: Breakwater Road, PO Box 947, Napier 4140. Nominations must include a brief biographical description of the nominee and their written consent.
