FirstCape group secures substantial stake in Sky Network

FirstCape Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, has disclosed a substantial holding in Sky Network Television Limited, with its total stake reaching 5.772% of the ordinary shares. The disclosure, made on October 21, 2025, indicates FirstCape's relevant interest in 7,946,751 shares out of a total of 137,675,010 shares in the class.

The holding is primarily channeled through FirstCape's wholly-owned subsidiary, Harbour Asset Management Limited, which holds 5,839,754 shares, representing 4.242%. Additionally, FirstCape’s other wholly-owned subsidiary, BNZ Investment Services Limited (BNZIL), has a relevant interest in 2,838,795 shares (2.062%), managed by Harbour. JBWere (NZ) Limited, another wholly-owned subsidiary, contributes 2,106,997 shares, accounting for 1.530% of the class.

Transactions contributing to this substantial holding include on-market purchases totaling 1,973,988 shares by Harbour, with a gross consideration of $6,006,773.91, and 1,518,413 shares by BNZIL for $4,609,812.41. JBWere (NZ) Limited purchased 3,120 shares for $9,984. The group also engaged in on-market sales and received net transfers into DIMS, further solidifying its position.
