Henderson Far East Income issues new shares, reports latest NAVs

Henderson Far East Income Limited agreed on October 20, 2025, to allot 350,000 ordinary shares at 244.0p per share, using its block listing facility. These shares, to be issued for cash on October 22, 2025, will increase the company's total issued share capital and voting rights to 186,639,679.

The company also provided its unaudited net asset values as of the close of business on October 17, 2025. The net asset value per share, calculated according to the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items), was 232.1p. Excluding current financial year revenue items, the net asset value per share stood at 222.4p.
