Carbon Fund acquires additional CO2 units, boosting treasury holdings

On October 20, 2025, the Carbon Fund announced the acquisition of 14,515 CO2 units. This transaction brings the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence to 24,827,274.

The acquisition, made for $20,020.54, represents 0.0585% of the total units on issue. The units were purchased at an acquisition price of 1.3793 per unit through a cash payment.
